Ice cream fundraiser promotion for Quarts For A Cause at Baskin-Robbins St. Joseph, MO.

Available on Mondays or Tuesdays, we’ll donate 10% of all sales from 3:00–10:00 PM back to your organization on the agreed-upon date. We’ll provide a social media-ready image for you to promote the event, and your group takes the lead in spreading the word.

  • You’ll receive $4 for every quart your organization sells.

  • No paper forms needed. You’ll receive a link to your own online fundraising store, which you can share by text, email, or social media. Supporters place their orders directly through the link.

  • Your organization won’t handle any money. All payments are securely collected through the online store at checkout.

  • No need to store anything at home. We keep all ice cream at our location, and supporters pick up their own orders, so you won’t need to freeze, sort, or deliver anything.

  • After checking out, supporters receive a text with a link to their receipt. All they need to do is screenshot it and show it at pickup.

  • No. All fundraiser orders must be picked up at our St. Joseph, MO location.

  • Once your fundraiser ends, ice cream typically arrives within 7–14 days.

  • No minimums. Your organization can earn money whether you sell 5 quarts or 500.
